I have been with four instructors before, were i failed twice the test, i got to know kam through my neighbour his son passed with him. When i went for the first lesson, kam was assessing my driving, spot all my weaknesses and then helped me work on them with clear explanation and easy methods but a lot of practice. He focus only on what i am not good at, not like my previous instructor used to tell me at the start of the lesson "let's go for drive" kam in fact at the very start of the lesson, he recap on previous lesson and then he make plan and objective on what we need to achieve by the end of the session. I have passed am glad.
